CJVolk Associates’ clients come from corporations, local governments, and independent federal agencies; as well as local, national and international non-profit organizations.  Our team has assisted clients with improving efficiencies in all aspects of their operational cash management. We have prepared Requests for Proposals (RFPs) based upon requirements defined during our analyses of identified improvements to current cash management practices; and have evaluated responses to RFPs, to ensure that all essential requirements were adequately addressed. We have also served as project managers for the implementation of new banking and cash management products and services, and prepared Policies and Procedures manuals to train our clients, and document these new processes for them.
